Mô tả công việc
1. Mass Recruitment
• Lead recruitment activities for manager and senior positions.
• Manage recruitment junior levels by Recruitment staff to maintain the timely manner and efficiency;
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies and internal sourcing channels.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Employee Engagement & Development
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure open communication, workplace harmony.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with the Learning & Development team to deliver effective training programs.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
3. Compensation & Benefits
• Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with company objectives and market practices.
• Oversee payroll processing, labor contract administration, and support salary reviews and incentive plans for Vietnamese and foreign employees.
• Ensure SHUI, TU correctly calculated and paid in compliance with Vietnam authority.
• Take care tax code, dependent registration, Personal Income Tax monthly/ quarterly & PIT Finalization for company, issuing PIT withholding certificates for companies’ employees.
• Ensure salary/ bonus payment in bank system.
• Monitor the effectiveness of benefit programs and ensure smooth implementation.
4. HR Compliance & Policy Management
• Ensure company HR practices comply with Vietnamese labor laws and internal regulations.
• Handle matters related to tax, statutory compliance, and work permits/visas/residence cards for foreign employees.
5. Administration, Events & Special Projects
• Oversee HR-related administrative tasks and office operations as required.
• Plan and execute company events, employee recognition programs, and ad-hoc HR initiatives.
• Handle other tasks by direct Head/CEO.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Only accept Woman Vietnamese CV. CV in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR management role.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor code, PIT regulations, and social insurance laws.
• Have experience doing business visa, work permit, temporary resident card for foreigners in Vietnam.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and manage confidential matters.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
