Job description
I. L&D (50% workload)
• Collect and propose training plans of the company
• Develop and implement internal and external training programs to improve employee competencies to meet job requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate training plans and annual training budget of departments and units of the company.
• Implement company events, engagement activities to build a professional, diverse & positive working environment.
II. Recruitment (10% workload)
• Conduct the recruitment upon the recruitment request of other Departments.
• Prepare for on-boarding of new comers and termination procedure for resignation.
• Update legal documents and regulations related to the assigned field.
III. C&B (20% workload)
• In charge for all process regarding to salary, PIT and SIHIUI for Employees (Monthly salary, PIT, SIHIUI calculation, yearly PIT finalization, tax code, dependent registration...).
• Arrange annual health checkup for Employees and health care insurance for Employees and family members.
IV. Information Management (10% workload)
• Update Employee information into HR software and HR database.
• Management for HR hardcopy document in systematic filling structure.
V. Employee relations (10% workload)
• Instruct Company Employees to implement the HR procedures and regulations correctly.
• Support to improve for HR guideline and Rules to be practical and suitable with actual operation.
Job requirements
• University degree or above, referable with major in Human Resource Management.
• 04-05 years of working experience in similar positions.
• Fluently communication in English.
• Excellent in MS Office application, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent in presentation skills.
• Good at teamwork skills.
