Job Description

This position is
The HR Officer is held responsible in performing professional human resource management functions
related to employees working in Thao Dien office, including organizational development, manpower
planning, recruitment & hiring, termination, training and development, performance management and
evaluation, salary and benefits administration, employee relations and performs any other duties that
may be assigned.

4. What will you do?
✓ Source, assess and hire qualified and best talents.
✓ Supervise the timekeeping for all employees based in Thao Dien office as basis for salary
computation and payroll. Prepare payroll for Thao Dien team.
✓ Maintain and improve relationships with labor providers as recruitment agency, labor centers, local
authorities, work fair.
✓ Advise and guide new employee on internal procedures and regulations.
✓ Prepare labor contract, safe keep and update all employees’ records, performance appraisals and
reviews, and other pertinent documents and records.
✓ Handle grievances, terminations, and resignations.
✓ Assess training needs and design, implement, monitor, and evaluate training plans and retention
programs.
✓ Responsible for the Company Intranet maintenance job related to HR fields.
✓ Support the Directors in other HR activities as motivation, compensation, training, development,
conflict resolution, disciplinary action, retirement program.
✓ Advise and support the team on their rights and their responsibilities related to labor Law, labor
regulations, compulsory insurances, health insurance.

fields.
✓ At least 2 years of experience in FDI company.
✓ Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and business acumen.
✓ High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓ Protecting the interests of all employees.
✓ Broad knowledge in HR and law fields.
✓ Good interpretation and presentation skills.
✓ Honest, fair, and objective.
✓ Analytical skills and good listener.
✓ Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator may be advantageous.
✓ Fluent in English and/or French.
✓ Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, research tools...).
