Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for the preparation, management and proper archiving of personnel records.
• Responsible for the management of the employees’ records register
• Compliance and proper application of specialized legal provisions.
• Monitoring legislative changes in the field of human resources and related fields as well as ensuring their implementation through direct consultation with the company's management
• Updating and communicating at the organization level the documents formalizing the approved organizational structure: organizational charts, Internal Regulations,
• Good management of the relationship with employees.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of personal data with which it operates.
• Organizing personnel recruitment
• Elaborating/updating job descriptions
• Coordination of employee performance evaluation sessions
• Organizing and monitoring the implementation of employee training programs
1. Activities:
• Organizes the recruitment and selection process for vacant positions (launching the recruitment message, organizing selection interviews, presenting the shortlist of candidates to the hierarchical superior, communicating the results of the interviews for employment)
• Advises employed personnel and potential candidates regarding the development of employment relationships and the documents that need to be collected/ drawn up.
• Handles the preparation of the employment file, with the following documents: CV, selection interview conclusions, diplomas, qualification certificates/diplomas, other professional training certificates, ID and/or other relevant documents;
• Prepares and records changes (additional documents) to individual employment contracts, including suspension and termination decisions, in compliance with the deadlines provided by applicable legislation
• Manages and archives personnel files for all company employees, including employment contracts, CVs, job descriptions, decisions, additional documents, warnings.
• Manages and updates the personnel database, in electronic and/or physical format;
• Manages the records of vacation days, temporary incapacity leave, unpaid leave, maternity and childcare medical leaves, professional training leaves.
• Realizes the annual vacation schedules and keeps monthly records of their execution
• Prepares/completes various certificates requested by employees (income certificates, seniority certificates, etc.),
• Prepares liquidation notes/seniority certificates for personnel who cease their activity
• Prepares specific documentation for external delegations.
• Distributes to employees the necessary documents in the case of delegations, in compliance with applicable legislation.
• Collects and centralizes employee time sheets; also keeps records of overtime hours worked by employees.
• Takes the necessary steps to obtain/ enable employees’ access (cards), if applicable
• Provides employees with information on various personnel issues, upon their request or upon the occurrence of changes in personnel documents or procedures.
• Elaborates/updates job descriptions
• Gives proper support regarding the implementation of the performance management cycle
• Organizes and monitors the implementation of employee training programs
• Maintains the relationship with accredited state institutions
2. Other activities
• Translates and processes various texts
• Prepares various situations, reports and other requested documents.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: high school or bachelor’s degree
Other qualifications/ specialisations: HR field
