Prepare internal & exteral reports such as Social Insurance Report, Labor Report, PIT Report to follow company regulations and Labor/ Tax Law 10%
Update employee profiles to Human Resource Information System to ensure the accuracy and up to date information of all employees 15%
Handle all related Expatriates' management such as work permits, residence cards, ect 10%
Manage all contracts and other related documents and requests of Human Resource Division 20%
Making plan and support in all HR activities and events 10%
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisors 5%

Careful and have good communication skills. Ability to work well with Microsoft Office, especially Excel is a must.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
