Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team at our Ho Chi Minh City, District 1 office. This role is essential in supporting our growing team and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Relations:
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Facilitate communication between staff and management to promote a positive work environment.
3. HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, payroll, and attendance records.
• Ensure compliance with Labor laws and company policies.
4. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for staff.
• Support the performance review process and assist in the development of career progression plans.
5. HR Policies and Procedures:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure that company policies are consistently applied and adhered to by all employees.
6. Office Maintenance & Facility Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient environment.
• Maintain the office's physical appearance, including cleanliness and readiness, by liaising with cleaning staff and service providers.
• Ensure all office equipment, furniture, and supplies are in good working condition, organizing repairs or replacements as needed.
• Manage the procurement of office supplies (stationery, equipment, etc.) and groceries, ensuring the office is always well-stocked.
• Maintain inventory records for all supplies, performing regular checks to ensure the efficient use of resources.
7. Accounting Support:
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
• Track and manage incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and consistency in records.
• Work closely with outsourced accountants to assist with bookkeeping and manage petty cash.
8. Administrative Support:
• Provide general administrative assistance to the office manager and senior staff as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and handling ad-hoc requests from the management team.
• Manage company documents, ensuring accurate filing and retrieval systems for easy access.
9. Other ad-hoc tasks requested by management team.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the education field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Understanding HR’s labour regulations in Vietnam.
