Now we are in need of recruiting 01 Recruitment and Training Officer working in AMVN Hanoi Head Office.
- Position: 01 Recruitment and Training Officer
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5h30 PM
- Report to: Deputy Manager/ General Manager

Job Description
1. Process recruitment activities including posting job announcement, screening candidates resumes and job applications and conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. (30%)
2. Provide On Board Program for new hire and follow up with On Job Training Program to ensure new hire have all knowledge about organization to perform job well according to organization's regulations. (20%)
3. Work with the team to give ideas for annual training plan and support supervisor to execute both internal and external training programs. (20%)
4. Provide Exit interview with resigned staffs and summary information for supervisor. (10%)
5. Maintain good relationship with employees to support and motivate staff. (10%)
6. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor. (10%)
