Job Description
- Process payroll for employees in the organization
- Maintain personnel database regarding salaries
- Manage organization budget and expenses
- Report to part leader regarding daily activities and issues
- Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
- Work with company database programs to process payroll
- Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense
- Other HR administration duties
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience working in a payroll/accounting environment
- Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws
- Experience in payroll for Korean companies
- Experience with HR technologies (FAST System)
- Fluent English skills preferred
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage fast pace environment
- Ability to take ownership of payroll processes
- Problem-solving mindset & positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
