Job Description

The professional in this role plays a crucial part in fostering a positive and productive work environment for VN based ZWILLING US employees. This role requires a blend of coaching skills, data analysis, and cross-cultural collaboration to maintain and enhance the performance standards and employee experience of the Vietnam-based team.


The key responsibilities include:

Employee Coaching:

• Provide guidance and support to VN-based employees, helping them navigate challenges and develop their skills.

• Implement coaching strategies to enhance individual and team performance.

Trend Identification and Issue Resolution:

• Monitor and analyze trends in employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction.

• Identify issues and proactively address them to maintain high standards within the ZWILLING US entity.

Data Gathering and Analysis:

• Collect relevant data to assess and measure employee performance and satisfaction.

• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Performance Standards Maintenance:

• Collaborate with ZWILLING US leadership to ensure that performance standards align with organizational goals.

• Implement strategies to uphold and enhance performance expectations.

Employee Support and Engagement:

• Foster a supportive and engaging work environment for VN-based employees.

• Implement initiatives to promote professional development, job satisfaction, and overall well-being.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration:

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between VN and US-based employees.

• Understand and address cultural nuances to enhance teamwork and cooperation.

Sustainability of Support:

• Develop long-term strategies to ensure sustainable support for the US operation from VN employees.

• Establish mechanisms for ongoing feedback and continuous improvement.

Communication and Reporting:

• Regularly communicate with ZWILLING US leadership to provide updates on employee performance and engagement.

• Prepare comprehensive reports on trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.


Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time coaching and support on site to VN employees supporting ZWILLING US

• Collaborate with VN HR and US HR to ensure proper staffing to meet SLAs, productivity metrics and KPIs

• Conduct training needs assessment and manage training curriculum – soft and technical skills

• Manage reward and recognition program to increase performance, engagement, and retention

• Drive results by engaging, motivating, and providing constructive feedback to team members

• Communicate any sentiment trends or issues to the US HR and Management Team

• Help drive and cultivate a strong and healthy team culture with the US Team

• Real-time interaction monitoring of deliverables and goals and actively identifies development opportunities

• Attend bi-weekly business meetings with US HR leadership

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Possess a solid background in HR, Training and Project Management

• Strong analytical skills to identify KPI trends and patterns in a dynamic work environment

• Proficiency with the English language

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrates an above average attention to detail including excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong administrative, coaching, presentation, and organizational skills

• Ability to develop rapport with employees and management

• Ability to maintain strong working relationships

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• SAP knowledge is a plus


Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role in a direct or matrixed reporting structure, preferably in a shared service environment

• Experience with e-learning platforms

• Previous experience working with US based companies and/or previous experience with cross functional teams in a remote environment
