Manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to ensure that the performance management process is implemented effectively. Participates in organizational strategic planning to enhance workforce capabilities in the short and long term.
Key responsibilities:
1. Performance Management
Organizing Briefing Sessions on Performance Management Process in preparation for 03 phases: setting
Goals, mid-year review, and year-end review for all G2+ at all work locations.
Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on the Performance Management process and follow-up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process.
Participate in the implementation of an ongoing improvement plan for the whole process; standardize all kinds of forms and correspondence relating to the process.
Timely identify issues and propose remedies to ensure the whole process is implemented properly and efficiently.
Support all gathered performance evaluation documents & analyze its result
Support to process data analysis for productivity improvement
2. Employee Relations & Employee Engagement
Coordinate with Trade Unions to propose benefits & organize the event, and activities for employee engagement.
Co-ordinate with Admin to propose facilities to improve the working environment
Support for enhanced Internal Communication, Newsletter
Planning & organize Company events (Best Employee, Best Practice, Long Service...)
Process Employee Engagement survey & coordinate with other departments for action plan.
3. Succession Planning
In charge of the following tasks:
Identify core competencies and technical competency requirements for each position.
Identify talent with critical competencies from multiple job grades.
Assess the competency and skill levels of the current workforce.
4. Rules and Regulations
Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules, and regulations.
Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s University degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
Having at least 02 years of experience working in the field of Employee Relations/Performance Management.
Understand and Experience in Employee Relations/ Performance management/ KPI(MBO) Management.
Good conceptual and analytical skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
Fluent in English (both verbal & written), especially in translating skills.
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with leadership throughout the organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as work in a team.
Good conceptual and analytical skills.
