Job description
- Time keeping, salary calculation; prepare monthly payroll/allowances, payment slip.
- Making report to Social, Health and Unemployment Dept, Labor reports, Union fees and proceed related payments.
- Register staff ‘s dependence, PIT code. Finalize annual personal income tax for employees in the company.
- Record and filing all HR related documents (labour contract, individual documents, decision, Company policy, …)
- Handle recruitment activities including searching, screening, interviewing, preparing probationary procedures for new personnel,…
- Follow up, contribute opinion & supervise the implementation of internal regulations, working procedures, and regulations in related fields.
- "Organize activities, training programs and human resource development.
- Propose remuneration regimes to retain talented people."
- Act as a bridge between management and employees, helping to resolve requests, complaints or other issues. Build a positive working environment
- Conduct capacity assessment of company employees through KPI system or work performance. From there, we can propose reasonable salary increases, promotions, and personnel rotation.
- Manage legal docs, license of company; handle tasks related to Work permit, residence card, reports for foreigner,... (if any)
- Record company asset .
- Administrative jobs such as welcome guests visitting company, managing vendors for purchasing of stationary, courier/ cleaning/ motobike parking/ water/ electricity/ office & equipment maintenance…
- Make payment, purchasing request, cost record, suppliers contact to get quotation and advance, clear advance , biz trip, hotel, …….)
- Organize business trips/ company events (if any)
- Record & file all contracts between company and vendors, suppliers, handle company offical documents for general administrative expenses.
- Any other Job assigned by Management.
Job requirements
- University graduation
- At least 5 years of experience in HR-Admin
- Experienced in shipping, forwarding, logistics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, PPTT is preferable
- Team player, good communicator, good presentation
- Communicate in English
- Problem solver/works independently, able to work under pressure.
