Working Place: Hanoi
Department: Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Carry out recruitment activities:
+ Search and propose effective recruitment channels, collect, scan resumes and arrange interview.
+ Maintain and improve the recruitment process.
- Implement for training activities:
+ Propose training plan based of the training needs with related training courses, method, vendors.
+ Organize the training courses following training process and report.
+ Monitor and improve training process.
- Other tasks as requested by supervisor.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- Age: Under 30 years old
- 02 years & above’ experience working at the same position
- Prior working experience at manufacturing companies is a plus
- Trustworthy, service-minded.
- Detailed-oriented, well-organized, systems thinking person
- Adaptable & flexible personality.
- MS Office and English proficiency (TOEIC 550 up)
