Mô Tả Công Việc
• Process monthly payroll, pay slip for employees. Follow up with Finance Department and Bank to make sure employees’ salary payment is on time.
• Prepare monthly/ quarterly report PIT Tax report, annual PIT finalization report to Tax Department.
• Responsible for Social Insurance, Medical Insurance report and claim: Social Insurance and Medical Insurance contribution/ claim sick leave allowance, maternity leave allowance, early retired allowance, health restoring allowance… for employees.
• Employee’s labor contract preparation, renewal/ extension.
• Monitor due date for employee’s probation period and employment Labor Contract expiry date. Process for employee’s Labour Contract renewal.
• Monitor and control employee’s overtime working. Prepare monthly Overtime report.
• Process final payment for exit employees, following Company’s process for exit employees.
• Other Admin job/ assignment by Leader/ Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 4 ~ 5 years experiences working in HR filed, strong experience in C&B job process in a foreign Company.
• Hardworking, careful, honest
• Able to work under high pressure & willing to work overtime
• Good communication in English (4 skills).
