The HR Shared Services Manger – Vietnam is responsible delivering the following functions to our Vietnam portfolio companies:
1. Compensation & Benefits +Administration
2. Talent Acquisition Operations
3. Talent Management + Learning & Development
The HR Shared Services Manager – Vietnam is responsible for leading the implementation of the Shared Services function including oversight for all processes, tools and metrics that optimize HR services and solutions for our portfolio companies in Vietnam. This role will establish and refine operational efficiencies and centralize all transactional processing within Human Resources. The HR Shared Services Manager will partner with the Group CHRO and Leadership Team to understand strategic priorities and business needs ensuring service delivery capabilities and solutions are effectively and efficiently leveraged. The HR Shared Services Manager will lead the build out of the shared services function including the identification, hiring and training of appropriate team members; refinement and execution the project plan until fully operational.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Shared Services Management
• Assist with development of Shared Services operational plans and actively implementing plans to help create a high-performing service delivery culture through development and effective utilization of staff
• Define, monitor, and ensure the delivery of a comprehensive set of performance metrics that support the portfolio companies
• Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs
• Lead a team of HR Shared Services professionals across Compensation & Benefits, Administration, Talent Acquisition Operations, Performance Management and Learning & Development to deliver an accurate and timely service to the portfolio companies, and to continually drive for improvements in the shared services performance.
• Acts as liaison between the HRBP / Business Unit GM and the HR Shared Service to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs.
• Create Data & HR Analytics dashboards providing management with key HR metrics for the business such as attrition , hiring, shared service delivery metrics.

Build competencies in Talent Acquisition and Administration functions through recruitment of key talent, process improvements, establishment of metrics and drive accountability throughout the team

• High level of commitment to the principles of organisational development and to the values of the company.
Qualification and Experience Required:
• Post graduate qualification in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or English is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, including for foreign employees
• A minimum of 10 years management experience at senior management level in a corporate, preferably MNC environment • Experience in the development of strategic and operational HR plans and their implementation in a professional work environment
