Mô Tả Công Việc
- Assist HR Shared Service in taking care of staff's inquiries via service portal (SNOW) and HC hotline;
- Provide the administration support on labour contract, annex and other employment documents including printing, obtaining signatures of HR Director/staff and stamping the docs, managing and reporting the status of documentation completion to the team and Manager, sending and receiving the documents from HCM Office, issuing the letter of employment, internship certificate for staff;
- Take charge of whole process of staff personal profile management including collecting the new joiners’ profiles on onboarding date, scanning and archiving both soft and hard copies of labour contract, offer letter, salary letter, final payment, termination letter etc., sending and retrieving personal profile to/from storage;
- Provide the support to the payroll team for tax and social insurance related tasks such as tax code registration for staff and dependent relief, tax receipt issuance, quarterly tax receipt usage report to the Tax authority, logistic arrangement for social insurance book closing and working with one-door person in Social Insurance Department;
- Perform other activities upon requests including arrangement of meeting invitation for the team, true copies of labour contracts for bidding/proposal purposes, stationery order, translation, reports….
