Compensation & Benefit (70%)
• Time sheeting & payroll
• Insurance report
• PIT reporting & compliance.
• Assists with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure within the company including bonuses and raises.
• Participates in one salary survey per year and conducts salary benchmarking salary in ILD.
• Provides day-to-day benefits administration services. Assist employees with any claim issues.
• Develops and schedules benefits orientations and other benefits training.
• Administers the SEMTA, RA plan and completes yearly compliance reporting.
• Recommends changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at
• Human Resource Information Systems (HR SAP)
• Maintains employee-related databases.
• Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
Recruitment (10%)
• Sourcing potential candidates through recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
• Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
• Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
• Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
• Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
• Maintain an updated and complete set of job descriptions and job specifications.
• Conduct exit interview for resigned shopfloor employee, make analysis and propose forward action for management.
Employee Relations (10%)
• Assists with the development of Human Resources policies for the company regarding employee relations.
• Assists with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
• Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
• Participates in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
• Advises managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company. Counsels’ managers on employment issues.
• Assists with the implementation of company safety and health programs. Tracks and posts required data and files reports.
• Implements the meeting with all employees to collect “Employee Satisfaction Survey” as per plan.
Training and Development
• Assists with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
• Assists with the establishment of an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or on boarding, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfer.
• Assists managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
• Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
Law
• Complies with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including any related to the Vietnam Labor Laws, Social Insurance & Safety, Occupational Medical Regulations.
• Protects the interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
