HR Specialist

• Responsible for recruitment, including screening suitable resumes, coordinating with hiring departments, paricipating in interviews. Related experience in freight forwarding company preferably.

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and labor laws

• Monitor and report on key HR metrics (e...turnover rates, training effectiveness, absenteeism).

• Promote a positive and productive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.

• University education preferably majoring in human resources management, freight forwarding company experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably.

• Sound knowledge of local employment laws and related statutory requirements

• Hardworking, proactive, strong leadership, analytical., problem solving and interpersonal skills

• Strong MS Office user i.e Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of written and spoken English. Chinese is an advantage.
