01. Talent acquisition Job:
Full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for IDL positions.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, to be able to attract candidates using various sources, conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule, Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
2 ER Job:
*. Employee Relations Management:
• Provide training programs on regulations, rules and laws to accurately communicate information in order to employees to comply with regulations
• Daily handle disciplinary cases following labor law and company regulation. Implement improvement activities to increase labor discipline
• Cooperate with related Departments to support employees’ questions and resolve grievances or labor issues soon.
• Open and maintain more communication channels to receive employees’ feedback and grievance quickly and conveniently.
• As a bridge between personnel in the Departments and the Company to pass feedbacks and contributions from employees to make policies and regulations in accordance with the aspirations and expectations of employees. Prevent negative issues from being detected early and promptly in order to get a healthy and thriving work environment.
• Establish case management process for ER matters, generate ER reports & analysis that are meaningful for management decisions.
*. Employee Engagement:
• Always give ideas and implement employee engagement activities to build the trust and commitment of employees to the Company.
• Develop & implement the Internal and External communication channels to connect employees with management site, ensure cascade of business strategies & plans to concerned employees and cover any potential communication gap.
• Diagnose and analyzes the feedback from employee engagement survey and other sources to improve the overall engagement score
*. Trade Union Relationship Management:
• Lead or / and facilitate all related discussions and negotiations with Trade Union
• Cooperate with Trade Union to organize official dialogue programs: Labor Conference, Central Dialogue ...

2. Experiences: At least 2 years experience in HR or related fields
3. Language: Fluent in English and Chinese
4. Other skills:
- Excellent skills in networking and working with people
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Labor Code, knowledge of HR Policies
- High teamwork spirit and independent player
- Critical thinking, organized, responsible and disciplinary
- Good computer skills (MS Office). Basic designing skills (Photoshop, video edit…) are an advantage
