HR Staff (10-Month Contract)

* CONTRACT PERIOD: 10 MONTHS

We're looking for candidates to join Human Resources team. Eligible candidates will be in charge of ensuring effective and timely Staff recruitment activities, as well as supporting in Worker recruitment & Training tasks (if need), detail tasks as belows:

1. Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection for staff-level positions & workers (if need).

• Work closely with department managers to understand job requirement and create effective job descriptions.

• Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.

• Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

• Prepare job offers, and coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks if need.

• Conduct comprehensive onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth welcoming into the company.

• Exit interview for employees leaving during the probationary period.

2. Training Activity

• Organize and facilitate orientation training sessions for new workers.

• Deliver training content on topics as assigned.

• Assist in implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills.

3. Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

* Working time: 8:00 - 16:45 (Every Monday to Friday & 0-2 Saturday/Month).

- Bachelor's degree. At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, in mass recruitment is an advantage.

- Good at English in 4 skills (~ TOEIC 700+), proficient at MS Office, having Japanese is a big plus.

- A team-player who can also work independently, hard-working and be able to work under high pressure.

- Fresher with remarkable abilities is also welcomed.
