HR Staff / Nhân Viên Nhân Sự

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Staff member to support our recruitment and administrative HR functions. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate attendance records, assisting with onboarding, and supporting the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.

• Attendance & Timekeeping:

o Monitor and compile weekly attendance, annual leave, and overtime reports.

o Prepare monthly summaries of lateness and overtime for management review.

• Onboarding Support:

o Assist in welcoming new employees, including conducting office tours and preparing onboarding materials.

o Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Recruitment Assistance:

o Support the recruitment process by updating candidate applications and tracking interview schedules.

• Administrative Support:

o Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

o Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.

• Good communication skills (in both writing and speaking Vietnamese/English)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Initiative, can-do attitude, dynamic, creativity, open-minded.
