This role will be a critical connector across functions, a resource for professional development and internal relationship management. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities; maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs and practices.
- Be an adviser for HR Manager and General Director concerning all employment issues in accordance with Vietnam labour laws
- Be a contact point for HR Manager based in Melbourne, Australia. Collaborate and communicate daily/ weekly on all things related to the human resources of Vietnam office and Warehouse
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across Vietnam office & Warehouse
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and advise C&B team to ensure salary payment and other related issues such as tax, insurance & other benefits are paid on time and in accordance with Company rules & the laws (Vietnam, Australia, UK & Hongkong)
- Manage annual performance appraisal and salary review for Vietnam team
- Asset training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Direct & support HR & Admin Officers and Tea lady to ensure a smooth office operation and maintenance
- Coordinate with Trade Union team to plan and organize team activities for Ho Chi Minh office (Team building, Christmas Party, Sports Day etc)
- Any other projects or tasks as required by your manager;
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field; a minimum of 3 years human resource management experience in international, multinational working environment
- Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of theory and good practices in key areas: Labor laws, HR management and employee engagement; strong IT recruitment is a plus
- Have a very good English verbal and written communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to interact with people internally & externally, both verbally and written, ensuring clear communication.
- Approach problems methodically, with the highest quality of fair-mindedness and analysis. Ability to critically analyze evidence, facts, and observations and come to a solution.
- Establish an effective relationship with Management, supervisors, peers, and others.
- Leader qualities including overseeing processes, identify strengths and weaknesses, guiding initiatives and steer employees toward the achievement of goals.
- Confidential, professional point of contact for Global HR Manager and all staff within Vietnam office
- Ability to work under high pressure and drive for results
- Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
