Performance Management

- Develop, maintain, and operate the company’s performance management framework

- Coordinate mid-year reviews, year-end reviews, mid-year review/ feedback meetings.

- Ensure performance processes are consistent, fair, and compliant with company policies.

Evaluation – Promotion – Role Change

- Build and update criteria for promotion and role changes.

- Implement evaluation & promotion process including document screening, competency interviews, and panel approvals.

Talent Retention & Employee Experience

- Develop and implement retention programs, including:

+ Exit Interviews

+ Turnover root-cause analysis

+ Engagement actions for high-risk groups

- Monitor turnover trends and recommend improvement strategies.

- Enhance employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

DE&I – Growth Mindset – Culture Programs

- Lead and execute Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.

- Promote Growth Mindset through internal training, communication, and role-modeling.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

- 3 ~ 5 years of HR experience focusing on Performance, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.

- Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing, corporate, or multinational environments.

- Experience in DE&I programs or engagement activities is a strong advantage

Skills

- Strong understanding of competency frameworks, and performance evaluation methods.

- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills (Excel/BI tools preferred).

- Good facilitation, communication, and coaching skills with line managers.

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence.
