About the role: Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by implementing and building employee relations; executing human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Ensure all personnel files, payroll records, background Investigation results and other personnel records are processed, reported and filed accurately.
- Perform recruitment activities by providing job descriptions and advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates.
- Coordinates and follow up contract renewal, probation and annual performance reviews.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Management board.
- Report to external (PIT, SMUI, labor, optional insurance, etc.) timely & accurately.
- Support colleagues in HR related matters.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Ideally experience in full functions in HR, or strong in C&B & ER
- Language: good command of English or Chinese
- Be proactive, hard-working, detail-oriented and highly committed
