HR Supervisor - Upto 26M

DYM Medical Center Vietnam is a clinic with 100% capital from DYM Japan. DYM has locations in Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the US, and Japan. DYM Medical Center Vietnam was founded in 2019 and has branches in District 1, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, and Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

DYM is providing Health check-up services for the company in Vietnam. Besides that, we provide other medical services such as health check-ups for applying for work permits, and treatment for Vietnamese and foreigners, especially Japanese.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. HR Operations Supervision (50%)

• Supervise and assign tasks across all HR functions.

• Monitor and continuously improve HR activities (recruitment, training, C&B,

administration, performance assessment)

• Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to the line manager and relevant authorities.

2. Policies & Procedure Improvement (30%)

• Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Analyze workforce data and existing HR policies (C&B, TA, Admin, etc.) to identify and propose improvements.

• Review and enhance current KPI and OKR frameworks.

• Keep HR policies updated in accordance with the latest government labor regulations.

3. Corporate Culture & Employee Relation (10%)

• Design and organize employee engagement initiatives to strengthen corporate culture.

• Suport HRM resolve employee relations and labor-related issues in alignment with company policy and labor law

4. Other tasks asrequested by direct management (10%)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5+ years in HR general, including 2+ years in supervisory/lead role

• Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, HR operations, and organizational management.

• Leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, employee relations, and communication.

• Proficient in English
