Recruitment Support
• Support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer process.
• Contact candidates to gather required documents or clarify information.
• Arrange interview schedules and coordinate with Hiring Managers.
• Prepare interview forms and other necessary documentation.
• Follow up throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely progression.
Training, Workshops, and Internal Events Support
• Assist in identifying training needs in collaboration with department heads
• Coordinate training schedules, trainers, locations, and required resources
• Track and update attendance lists.
• Communicate with participants regarding attendance and class follow-ups.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure smooth execution of training sessions and HR event, activities.
• Maintain the Training Center, ensuring facilities, equipment, and learning materials are clean, organized, and ready for use
Employer Branding & Creative Communication
• Design and publish visually appealing recruitment materials, videos, and social media content to attract talent.
• Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute creative hiring campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer brand engagement.
• Support internal communication to promote a positive and cohesive workplace culture.
Administrative & Coordination Support
• Arrange booking and setup for training rooms and event schedules.
• Check and order stationery, equipment, and other operational materials.
• Prepare payment requests and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain and update recruitment, training, and event expense tracking reports.
• Monitor updates to Labor Law and HR regulations and assist in aligning HR documentation and practices accordingly.
Other Responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor and above
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR is required
• Good understanding of Labor Law and HR compliance principles.
• Good understanding of recruitment process and candidate engagement.
• Skilled in Canva, basic video editing tools, and familiar with social media trends.
• Positive attitude, high responsibility, teamwork spirit, and possess good customer service mindset
• Creative, proactive, and organized, with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); minimum TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent.
