- Source, prepare training & organization development budget.
- Research and design new training programs.
- English training for staff in the Company.
- Review, monitor, facilitate and implement HR/ Training practices pertaining to knowledge management, performance management, communication, rewards and recognition and to continuously benchmark against best practices.
- Plan, co-ordinate and conduct induction and core skills training programmers to meet identified needs and satisfy the company's requirements for a multi-skilled serviced oriented and productive workforce.
- Prepare monthly management and statistical reports for manpower analysis critical in pre-empting and redressing unhealthy trends.
- Other assignment requested by Human Resources Manager

- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently, teamwork spirit, self motivated, enthusiastic.
- Creative thinking, strong analytical and synthetical skills;
- Organizing, planning and prioritizing skills.
- Very good computer literacy (power point, Microsoft word, excel)
- Excellent planning general communication, facilitation and presentation skills;
