HR - Workforce & Organization Planning Supervisor
Job description
As a Workforce & Organization Planning Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with Business Units to understand, analyze trends and patterns on volume injection in order to addresses some of partner largest and most complex people-related challenges and sustainable business results. Our key capabilities include:
Workforce planning: (50%)
• Demonstrate technical capabilities in providing policies, procedures and regulations, and taking a practical, businessdriven approach to solving complex workforce challenges;
• Organize and control the annual optimal headcounts principle;
• Guide and monitor HR compliance on Workforce & Organization process
• Provide internal and external reporting to stakeholders; ad-hoc reports and insights to Execs/HO as requested;
Productivity management: (20%)
• Design and provide policies, procedures and regulations on productivity management of impacting staffing and scheduling, thereby increasing the organization's productivity;
• Oversee process management of real-time scheduling and workload management to meet service-level requirements;
• Carry out analysis and evaluation reports on work performance and productivity
Data-Driven: (20%)
Use data analysis tools and techniques to explore trends, patterns, and insights from data.
Clearly understand and communicate data analysis results to stakeholders.
Use machine learning techniques to build models to predict future trends and make recommendations.
Process Transformation & Stakeholder management: (10%)
• Incorporate new HR digital technologies and the overall improvement of HR process efficiency
• Up-to-date with key technical and functional skills and industry (HR) trends
• Proactively maintain continuous internal communication with staff, managers, and directors regarding load balancing and staffing needs, in real-time, and historically;
• Lead meetings with management to assess performance and identify and mitigate risks;
Job requirements
Relevant experience:
• Refer banking domain at least 1 year
• Minimum 3 years of experience with the same position (senior specialist or supervisor)
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the field of business operations management and human resource efficiency
Qualifications:
• Graduated from university or higher majoring in Mathematics, Information Technology, Statistical Analysis, Banking and Finance,..
• Relevant knowledge/expertise:
• Build optimal models (knowing python or R is an advantage)
• Apply machine learning to financial analysis
• Understanding of human resource management and project management knowledge
• Ability to research and apply new technologies
