- In their area of responsibility they help to give good quality HR advice and guidance based on sound HR knowledge, professionalism and an understanding of HR Strategy and practices.
- Work with other HR functions to ensure a comprehensive high quality HR service to our internal customers.
2. Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end to end recruitment delivery of vacancies for sales departments (including dealers, key account and technical service).
- Advise and partner with hiring managers on the most suitable route to attracting and selecting candidates and deliver the agreed solution.
- Conduct recruitment considering the most effective methods, including the usage of recruiting agencies, external job boards, social media, etc.
- Deliver orientation training for newcomers.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
- At least 3 years experience in recruitment (experience in headhunting service is a plus).
- Can work under high presser.
- Team collaboration, result oriented and speed.
