Key Responsibilities:

* Compliance & Processes: Ensure all HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee lifecycle management, comply with legal and regulatory standards.

* Involvement in job evaluations, succession planning, and workforce transitions.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficient in HR disciplines including organizational development, employee relations, and talent management.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business strategies into actionable HR plans.
* Proficiency in English and skilled in utilizing software tools for data analysis and presentation.
