As an HRBP Manager for Sales, you will play a pivotal role in managing human resources operations. You will be responsible for implementing HR activities that align with our strategic objectives, ensuring that our policies and procedures are upheld across all levels. Your role will involve coordinating with various heads of functions to implement and monitor our headcount plan. You will also work closely with our Sales team to manage staffing, ensuring quality and compliance at all times. As a champion for change, you will identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement necessary changes to foster high performance within our teams.
1. Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Propose and implement appropriate HR strategies to meet the requirements and strategic objectives of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Sales Department. Provide strategic HR advice to leadership, assist in developing and implementing HR strategic plans to ensure compliance and effective, transparent operations.
- Talent Acquisition and Training Support: Ensure efficient recruitment and training processes, ensuring high-quality workforce needs are met and specific job requirements are fulfilled.
- Performance Management and Career Development: Evaluate and manage employee performance, provide support in developing career plans and advancement pathways for individuals.
- Employee Relations: Support in resolving HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster and maintain a positive organizational culture, promoting collaboration and creativity. Collaborate with relevant departments to identify and implement retention strategies for top performers.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in HR roles, FMCG, with a focus on supporting sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics and HR concepts.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative HR solutions to support business objectives.
- High integrity, honesty, motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficient in using MS. Office
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
