Organize all staff activities to deliver cultural building
In charge recruitment process. Show care to new hired and follow up their on-boarding program until end of probation.
3 C&B tasks
Support to making attendance sheet , document for monthly payroll
Support C&B team to submit document at one door department of Social insurance department of Thuy Nguyen dist.
4 Training & Development
Support the training department to implement general training programs for Hai Phong factory and other independent training activities of the factory base on training needs.
5 HR Policies
Ensure all HR procedures related to recruitment, internal transfer, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions are implemented properly & professionally.
6 Employee Engagement
Support HRBP Managers to encourage partnered Line Managers to participate in Employee engagement survey and activities in their Functions/ BU.
Actively participated and engaged to HR activities to promote collaboration and great teamwork.
Prepare HR Reports as assigned by HRBP Manager and submit as per timeline;
Willing to do other job assignments as requested by HRBP Manager and the Company
