LOCATION: VSIP1, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Serve as a technical point-of-contact across Vietnam in ensuring data integrity, ongoing HRMS technical support, testing, understanding and expanding our reports portfolio and auditing HR processes and data to pro-actively mitigate or eliminate risks and issues ensuring an accurate global database of record.
• Support HRMS upgrades/patches, legal changes, organizational restructuring, yearly processes and other applicable changes.
• Support to HR end users in Vietnam to investigate and resolve questions and issues with the HRMS system, inclusive of Oracle, Kronos and other HR Software and Technology

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English, Law, Data Science, Data Analytics (Information Technology is preferred)
• 3+ years of professional working experience with well-known HRIS/HRMS such as Kronos, ADP, Oracle, Workday, etc.
• High proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
• Prior meaningful experience with Oracle’ cloud solutions or other HRMS such as Kronos, ADP including implementation, reporting/queries, system maintenance, issue resolution, and administrator/end-user training.
• Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems, Tech savvy and familiar with virtual technology tools and systems enhancing the way we work with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and maturity when managing / liaising related issues. Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities; culturally sensitive and aware of nuances across the market
• Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global-team environment.
• Excellent in MS Office, especially in Excel.
