You will complete a number of rotational placements, each of typically between three to six months in duration, each designed to give you a broad exposure to our core business operations. You will have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and gain critical business experience, across areas in your selected Businesses & Functions. Our programme will equip you with the skills and experience required to start a successful career with HSBC, you’ll then have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and grow your career in the direction which is right for you. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent from a recognised university in Vietnam or overseas. • Currently hold a minimum 3.2 cumulative GPA or equivalent • Less than 2 years of working experience • Be fluent in English and Vietnamese • Strong motivation to pursue a banking career. • Self-driven and demonstrates leadership competencies and interpersonal skills.
