HSE Manager

The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the organization's environmental, health, and safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to prevent or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and environmental damage. This role is critical in creating a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Foster within the company and understanding that the prevention of injury and damage control are an intergral part of the business and property efficiency • Provide techinal assistance on safety related compliance of the company, projects, clients, safety management system development and implementation. • Support the execution of corporate sustainability strategies and engage with key stakeholders on projects in supporting the sustainability goals. Lead the team in monitoring and communicating of plant and job site EHS KPI’s performance. • Regularly conduct site inspection and audit on different site location on a strategic planning to ensure that the environment health and safety procedure and programs are being carried out and complied. • Conduct reviews of JSA, Method of Statement and Risk Assessment of each job site, organized a team for Risk Assessment review across the site and check if all control measure are being met, relevant and sufficient. • Monitor and directs the implementation of the permit to work system, includes reviewing permits and verifying the permits. And ensuring that proper measures are taken prior to commencement of work. • Conduct regular reviews and update procedures to keep abreast of current operations and comply with regulations. • Prepare detailed training plan and relevant materials, set objectives for specific training needs of individuals to increase competency and track the effectiveness. • Conduct incident/accident investion, recommend corrective actions through pro-active job supervision initiate the cessation of work if a safety area where there is eminent danger and stipulate necessary meaue to take and permit resumption of work if correction has been applied. • Responsible for the implementation of all aspect of Incident prevention, loss control program, fire prevention, and motor fleet incident prevention, control of equipment and property damages as well as first aid policies and procedures. • Plan and implement internal audit plan to determine and verify whether Integrated Management System’s (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001) Objective, Targets and Programs were on track and achieved. Suggest recommendation to management team. • Responsible in conducting annual planning of budget and cost analysis of EHS supplies and other goverment requirements. • Manage and develop a high performance team, aligned to the core values of integrity, collaboration, excellence and a customer first attitude, through effective leadership, support and feedback

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Facility Management) are highly desirable. • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in EHS management roles • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and laws. • Experience in conducting safety audits and risk assessments, as well as in developing and implementing safety programs and training. • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels within the organization. • Proficient in using EHS management software and common office software. • Good English in verbal and written communication
