HSE Manager

1. Coordinate and advise on HSE issues related to project establishment, project activities, and suppliers.

2. Actively deploy, monitor and evaluate HSE compliance of CBRE Vietnam's projects:

1) Promote and lead HSE activities of CBRE Vietnam to ensure compliance with internal regulations of the Region, local laws, including guidance, facilitation, sharing of best practices, articles learn experiences, safety suggestions, safety warnings, etc. and clearly support CBRE HSE programs to promote national HSE improvement.

2) Promote the development and implementation of national HSE improvement programs to meet HSE Regulation and needs for CBRE Vietnam.

3. Supervise, coordinate with building management to investigate and report any injuries, illnesses or incidents at the building according to the provisions of Vietnamese law and requirements of HSE CBRE.

4. In emergencies, inspection, analysis and recommendations can be provided to prevent incidents.

5. Develop a plan and organize an assessment of HSE activities in the projects. Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports on emergency situations or assessment results.

• Graduated from a related university

• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or training

• Having ISO 14000 or OHSAS 18000 certificate.

• At least a Group 2 safety training certificate

• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Auto CAD.

• Good direct / written communication skills, effective presentation.

• Well organized and analyzed.

• Ability to give a presentation to the crowd.
