HSE Manager

The position holder is specifically accountable for acting as a role model for all employees in terms of OHS and ensuring cross-departmental promotion of safety awareness. He is response for providing necessary training and development for their subordinates, ensuring compliance with safety regulations within their area. Description * Development, Implementation & Improvement HSE Procedure: Create, update, and implement Environment - Health & safety and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and corporate standards. * Hazards Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Management: Identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them. This includes conducting risk assessments, job safety analyses, and environmental impact * Manageing ISO 14001 - Environment management system, System documentation * Develop ISO 45001 - Occupational Health and Safety management system, System documentation\ * Auditing and Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure they correctly meet Occupational Health & Safety - Environmental standards. Implement corrective actions, as necessary. Profile 3+ years' experience as HSE Manager or position with similar scope of work, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience related to managing all aspects related to HSE across business areas (including office, manufacturing/production facility, maintenance workshop and field operations) needed. Strong leadership, influence and motivate employees, management, and contractors to meet the HSE goals.
