HSE Officer (7M Contract)

PURPOSE:

- Provide professional SHE advice and support to country / business unit management continuously engage with them in order to secure and strengthen their commitment to SHE

- Maintain an effective working knowledge of SHE legislation, company's requirements and best practice and the country/ business unit activities.

- Develop, implement and maintain a SHE risk register which the relevant controls SHE risks arise from business's activities and the required to eliminate / reduce these risks to an acceptable level.

- Develop and implement generic safe working instructions for routine and non - routine work activities based on the findings of the generic risk assessments.

- Promote and recognize SHE achievements via regular SHE communications, reports, conference calls and meetings.

DUTIES:

- Conduct internal SHE trainings as Regional compliance, and external SHE training as legal requirement

- Prepare SHE documents for external audits, customer audit, support sales team, related Department

- Support to organize quarterly SHE workshop, yearly SHE day and other SHE Activities

- Maintain safety working condition without risk, incident/accident

- Follow up country SHE Priorities Plan and monthly report to Regional

- Conduct Yearly SHE Health check and follow action plan to improve

- Follow up Environmental Report to regional, monthly tracking and summarizing data, environmental compliance assessment and propose the corrective actions.

- Support SHE Manager to prepare monthly, quarterly & half year SHE review report.

- Have a Bachelor degree related to SHE.

- Good at English both spoken and written

- 2-3 years’ experience on Health Safety Environment, experience chemical safety is priorities condition

- Conduct the SHE training for workers at site, incidence investigation and emergency response

- Site risk assessment including confined space, working at height,

- Be responsible, self-confident, good health and able to work under pressure

- Be in coordination in the other team within department and division in the relevant work

- Provide training and monitoring of pre-start and other meetings for SHE purpose
