HSE Specialist

• Take daily works of all activities related to HSE in plant.

• Assist HSE leader to setting up of an effective HSE organizational structure and training for staff, to ensure the HSE system is well equipped for current and future challenges

• Assist HSE leader regularly to review the performance of the processes; Identify and implement needs and opportunities for HSE processes in order to optimize performance regarding capability, capacity and efficiency;

• Assist the HSE leader in ensuring HSE compliance with law and other requirements and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations

• Assist HSE leader on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.

• Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations. Keeping update the HSE Master list of law assessment and implement action to ensure company operation with law compliant.

• Assist and implement HSE environment monitoring, chemical managing as law’s requirement and equipment inspection.

• Together with other Departments to conduct the Risk Assessment/Environment aspect for all the machines, equipment at workplace to minimize the safe risks. And yearly planning to review to update.

• Leading HSE working group to conduct the HSE activities in workplace.

• Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.

• Follow up the HSE issues on workplace with recommended action to close the main route cause.

• Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training to all employees. And yearly planning for master training for all employees and budgeted.

• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the HSE, Facility, Security & Services Manager/ HSE leader for promulgation to the management. To continue following corrective and preventive action.

• Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation and abilities to work with audit in order.

• Ability to work with employees and achieve cultural change in the face of potential resistance

• To assist Leader/Manager in document control

• To assist HSE leader to Coordinate and report out HSE to related authorities.

• To assist HSE leader to conduct all HSE activities/programs

• Any other jobs assigned from the direct manager and manager

• Bachelor/College

• Skills: Good Computer skills for Word; Excel; Power Point; Decorage Software; Video software.

• Personality: Good communicator, Assertive, Drive, Fair, Patient, Responsible

• Must be methodical, problem solving skills

• Communication with team

• Teaching Skill

• English is an advantage

• ISO 14001/ISO 45001 internal auditor is prefer
