HSE Staff/ Nhân Viên An Toàn Lao Động (Welcome Fresher)

* Job description

- Be responsible for the safety in the Company

- Ensure compliance with local and international health, safety and environmental. Keep up-to-date with regulations and implement necessary changes

- Conduct workplace risk assessments, safety audits, and investigationsof incidents or neer-missing. Recommend corrective and preventative actions

- Develop and conduct HS training programs of employees. Promote a culture of safety responsibility.

- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

* Job requirements

- Male, no experience required — training will be provided or having experience in a similar position at a Manufacturing Company is preferred

- Have a University Degree in Engineering/Electricity/ Labor Protection/ Environment/ Chemical or a related major

- Have knowledge of activities of Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Environment, Fire prevention, and ISO in the Factory

- Strong problem-solving skills, communication and leadership skills

- Good at teamwork, leadership, communication/ interpersonal skill

- Candidates living near the company will be given priority
