Job Purposes
Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards, regular HSE audits in the areas of business operations. Responsible for the safety of the employees and sub-contractor property in organization's premises.
Responsibilities
• Have knowledge on ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
• Improve the Safety Culture and Behavior in the brewery
• Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards, regular HSE audits in the areas of business operations.
• Responsible for the safety of the employees and sub-contractor property in organization's premises.
• Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
• Implement occupational environmental monitoring and analyze data, Waste management, Carry out EHS Patrol
• Follow up inspection of equipment with strict safety requirements
• Manage hazardous substance management, contractor management procedure
• Support to investigate and report incidents
• Effectively manage the Emergency Response Team, Safety Committee and Contractors according to the brewery standards and regulatory
• Build and develop ES-R Teams in a proactive manner
• Ensure HSE compliance
• No incident related to HSE
• Meet KPI of HSE management
• Support the Site HSE Managers and track all records and documents for audit BRC, URSA, ...
• Perform other tasks as directed by Manager.

Education:
• Graduate from University level in Engineering or Safety and Environment.
Qualifications:
• Having the of internal audit qualification is preferable.
Experience:
• 1 to 3 years experience at supervisor level.
• Experience in Safety training and coaching is preferable.
• Proficient in the English language both written and spoken skills is required (TOIEC 450 or equivalent).
• Good command of computer skills especially MS Office.
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills and leadership personality.
• Ability to work independently with the high pressure.
• Candidate must be strong, honest, and determined person.
