HSE Team Leader

• Environment:

- Understanding the current environmental regulations applicable to the Enterprise

- Understanding the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) in the Textile and Dyeing sector

- Manage the wastewater treatment system (industrial dyeing water treatment system, domestic wastewater)

- Manage the boiler gas treatment system

- Understanding the regulations on waste (regular industrial waste, hazardous waste, domestic waste, ...)

• Safety at work:

- Understanding regulations, developing procedures, complying with laws on machinery, equipment, electricity, labor, safety, ...

- Identify hazards and assess risks in working areas of textiles, dyeing, boilers,..

- Understanding regulations on chemical safety

- Understanding the IWAY, BSCI, WRAP customer standards, ...

- Understanding safety training programs in groups (N1~N6)

- Conducting occupational accident investigations when accidents occur

• Health:

- Understanding the legal regulations on periodic health examinations and occupational diseases for employees

- Identify hazards, assess ergonomic risks, and mental health for employees

- Managing health care and provide health care for employees

• PCCC:

- Understanding legal requirements and customer standards on fire prevention

- Performing periodic drills according to legal requirements

- Supervise and operate fire prevention systems to ensure good operation

• Security:

- Understanding security regulations, and requirements from CT-PAD standards, ...

In addition, there are some environmental issues (trees, drainage, ...), and some fire prevention and fighting requirements.

- Perform other duties as required by the Board of Directors/Korean Department Head

**Requirement:

• Education level: University degree in Environmental Technology Engineering or other majors relevant

• Experience requirements: 3-5 years of experience in HSE at a dyeing factory, focusing on environmental management, energy, and evaluating certifications such as Higg, GRS, and OCS.

• Local people (Quang Ngai province)
