HSEQ Officer (Can Take A Business Trip)

1. Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (Rooftop solar system): − Have knowledge of quality management systems. − Assist in managing the documentation control process, ensuring accurate versioning, control, and accessibility of quality-related documents. − Perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. − Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests using various tools and equipment. − Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities. − Identify and report any non-conformances or quality issues to management for corrective action. − Assist in the investigation of quality problems and implementation of corrective and preventive measures. − Participate in internal audits and support external audits by regulatory agencies or customers. − Provide training and support to production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. − Monitor quality trends, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement. 2. HSE − Assisting in the development, and implementation of Health, Safety and Environment plan. − Design Health, Safety and Environment meeting materials with board management. − Work with local authority such as Department of Labors, Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Natural. − Provide Environmental and Social Management System training to supervisors, engineers, and managers of the contractor. − Review method statements, safe procedures, and operations from suppliers or contractors. − Review and approve risk assessments for the project. − Conduct general workplace inspections. − Preparation for internal/ external audit. − Maintain health and safety reports. − Conduct HSE Audit at the project. − Other tasks by E&S Manager

− Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English (mandatory). − At least 03 years of experience. − Have a basic knowledge of electrical. − Have a University Degree in Environment/ Engineering or related major. − Knowledge of the IFC Performance Standards and ISO 9001, ISO 45001 is a plus.
