HSSE Manager

- Supervise occupational safety and hygiene; Control and prepare reports on occupational accidents at the Company. - Supervise and assign specific responsibilities and tasks to safety officers - Training and guidance on labor safety and regulations for new employees. - Regularly conduct training and education on labor safety for construction teams, contractors and service units working at the Company. - Develop processes, and regulations on HSSE work. - Monitor, perform periodic inspections, and store inspection records for equipment with strict safety requirements according to law. - Conduct analysis of potential safety risks in activities to propose preventive measures; Draw lessons and warnings from incidents/external sources to remind workers. - Manage equipment and fire prevention work at the construction site according to law. - Periodically organize training and coordinate rehearsals of fire prevention and fighting plans - Develop an annual HSSE work plan and implement it according to the approved plan. - Inspect and urge the implementation of HSSE work throughout the Company. - Coordinate with contractors, authorities and relevant parties to find solutions in case of HSSE incidents.

- Graduated from University majoring in engineering, Safety - Health - Environment (HSE), Labor Safety. - Have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. - Have at least 05 years of experience managing HSSE in Container Terminal companies and logistics companies. - Agile, enthusiastic about work, cooperative, progressive and highly disciplined. - Foreign language: English speaking and writing ability - Good supervisory, management, planning and organizational skills. * Quyền lợi: - Salary range: UP TO 1400USD; - Social Insurance as Labor Law, bonus on Tet, holiday, birthday…; - Shuttle bus, canteen, pantry…; - Dynamic and professional working environment; - Promotion and development chance; - Working time: from Monday to Friday and Saturday biweekly.
