We are looking for a Bridge Software Engineer with these key responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with Japanese Customers, listen to project requirements, grasp desired requests from Customers
- Deploy project requirements for the project team, create proposal to provide solutions, create estimate quotes for Customers
- Meeting to explain solution content, estimation to customer, exchange technical confirmation between Dev team and Customer
- When the Ordered project is conducted, report progress, Q&A meeting with customers, participate in product reviews, explain Output to customers

- Japanese N2 or above or equivalent
- Able to speak/listen to Japanese well, can communicate directly with Japanese customers via Skype / Team
- Basic knowledge of software development
- Having an understanding of the basic design of software systems, being able to participate in creating proposal / estimation documents with the project team
- Have experience working in IT or Japanese language over 5 years)
- Have professional knowledge in many fields, be able to learn new things
- Able to speak/listen to Japanese well, can communicate directly with Japanese customers via Skype / Team
