- Staffing and recruitment: planning for headcount, recruitment, orientation and sufficient training in accordance to development status,
- Prepare organization chart,
- Prepare budgeting for HR Department and Office
- Prepare HR reports: manpower, payroll, overtime, allowance, compensation and benefits to Board of Directors and to government in accordance to regulations.
- Prepare and review salary scale,
- Prepare and review social insurance, maternity, labor accident/ occupational insurance
- Be in charge monthly personal income tax declaration and submit to the Tax Department timely & accuracy and responsible for processing PIT finalization.
- Deal and solve Tax issues relating to PIT, payroll.
- Liaise with tax and social insurance to settle any issue
- Support on labor dispute, conflict of interest, discipline according to law and regulations

- Keep track and support on work permit, temporary resident card for foreigner
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions for the office.
- Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
