Job Overview:
YLF Marketing (https://ylf.com.sg/) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resource and Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the HR and accounting functions within our organization. This dual-role position requires a blend of HR expertise and accounting proficiency to ensure seamless operations in both areas. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing multiple responsibilies and contribute to the strategic growth and smooth functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Develop and implement Vietnam HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation structures.
• Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Organize and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Accounting:
• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger ac vi es.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounting records.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audits.
• Implement and improve accounting procedures and systems.
• Assist to implement SAGE 300 -2024 accounting system locally.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management and accounting roles, preferably within a similar industry or organizational size.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws, tax rules and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and HR management systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
