Mô Tả Công Việc
• Manage personnel documents and files, such as employment contracts and HR documents (transfer, promotion, demotion, termination and so on).
• Follow up with Leaders on probationary periods and reminders
• Prepare employment contracts and employment change letters
• Support and preparation for training courses
• Update organisational charts
• Monthly data collection and check carefully (Timesheet, OT, etc.) and send to Finance for payroll processing
• Register PIT code and dependants for new hires, monthly PIT report together with Finance Department
• Perform all tasks relating to registration, claim process, deduction of SI, HI, UI and HI card insurance
• Work with Insurance agency for yearly review and renew contract of health care package for employees
• Assist with preparing and submitting reports relating to Employee issues to Government officers (SI office, DOLISA, Industrial zone...)
HRIS
• Process all employment information in Workday and the WMS system information including newcomers, annual leave, salaries, and working hour
• Maintain and regularly check HRIS system to ensure data and organisational structure is accurate
• Run reports to ensure Leaders are approving transactions/tasks in Workday
• Support Leaders with HRIS queries
Talent Acquisition
• Advertise jobs online via relevant channels
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition to post jobs on the Company’s careers page
• Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)
• Design banners, graphics for internal advertising
• Positively apply various channels to enlarge range of candidate’s approaching
• Post jobs, keep track application, screen CV
• Attend job fairs and other recruitment activities for recruitment purposes
• Support recruitment process (interview arrangement, candidate’s interaction, etc.)
• Onboarding new hires
Employee/Industrial Relations
• Assists with investigations at the site and under the direction of the site HRBP
• Assist with resolving basic employee issues.
• Assists with building and maintaining employment policies (Internal Labour Regulation, Collective Labour Agreement)
Other
• Develop self to meet both career and organisational goals, apply diverse skills and perspective to achieve common goals (through 1:1’s and development discussions)
• Consistently hitting or exceeding the goals and objectives set by self and others
• Step up to address difficult issues
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 2 to 3 years plus experience in a similar role
• Studying towards or is degree qualified in HR
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Good understanding of payroll processes
• Basic understanding of Vietnam’s labour law and legal requirements, including Collective Agreements and Internal Labour Regulations
• Strong data entry and administration skills
• High emotional intelligence
Preferred
• Some experience with managing employee issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service, problem solving and influencing skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
