What We Can Offer
- Working with the Government Agencies to do company’s EPE procedure.
- Make plan to find out about Vietnamese labor law, commercial law to ensure that all of activities in factory is compiled with the laws
- Process and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
- Assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker’s compensation plans
- Work related to employee insurance and social insurance.
- Work and negotiate with government offices and some other organizations.
- Reminding workers to follow the regulation of labor safety, machine operating, hygiene during the production process.
- Manage of all office equipment, stationary, staff use, employee card following documents of foreigners: VISA, passport, work permit, registration temporary residence card, accommodation.
- Other tasks as assigned from BOD
- At least 3 years experience in HR-GA jobs.
- Have experience in set up EPE procedure for new company.
- Have knowledge and experience about Import – Export and Accounting.
- Education Bachelor Degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Law or any other related field.
- Business level of Second language (Japanese or English)
- Good command of computer
- Trusty, carefully and willing to learn new things.
***Salary will be negotiable.
***Working place: Thang Long III Industrial Zone, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province
***Working time: Admin hour
Day off: Public holidays, Sundays and 2 Saturdays/Month
***Means of Transportation: Company bus for Ha Noi – Vinh Phuc - Ha Noi route.
- Bonus: 2 times (Bonus based on of positive profit from company business performance of previous year in Aug and additional 13th month bonus at before Tet.
- Salary increase: One times per year.
