1/ Oversee comprehensive total rewards, encompassing payroll management, HRIS system administration, employee data management, and office administration duties.
2/ Lead the initiative and manage the implementation of talent attraction & acquisition in accordance with Company’s human resource strategy/direction:
- Develop annual workforce planning for talent sourcing planning & talent pool building to meet Company’s current & potential staffing requirements.
- Develop annual employer branding initiatives for talent attraction
- Develop and evaluate the external recruitment agencies and internal hiring policy & process effectively
- Educate and act as a passionate organizational ambassador ensuring all candidates have a compelling understanding of the organization and the career opportunity
3/ Develop & lead to execute employee engagement programs & initiatives to support a positive, healthy & productive environment, as well as enhance employees’ sustainable engagement and high-performance contribution.
- Oversee employee conflict management & prevention
- Monitor and analyze internal and external environmental factors (EOS key findings & Exist/ Stay interview…)
- Design & execute ER solutions and programs that positively impact employee high performance, sustainable engagement and support a positive, healthy, productive work environment.
4/ Develop annual employee wellness programs, training programs & initiatives to create, strengthen and promote a culture of Health & Wellbeing for internal and external
- Analyze annual employees’ health assessment results and the target population’s most prevalent risk factors
- Design, create and manage wellness programs that target employee population’s most prevalent risk factors and health issues for improvements
- Create and facilitate an incentive program that reinforces wellness, activity, and health improvement
- Market wellness program to create awareness and continually increase participation
- Develop, communicate, and build support for wellness program among organization leadership to strengthen, create and reinforce a culture of wellness and health
- Implement training programs and development processes and the annual performance management process to increase organizational effectiveness
