Job Description
1. Make and sign contract with new employees.
2. Do employee on ON boarding /OFF Boarding process.
3. Make & maintain employee files. /attendance/ OT record.
4. Maintain list of employees/ OT record.
5. Mid-month cross check attendance with factory supervisor’s attendance list.
6. Salary & social insurance calculation for employees.
7. Prospect, interview & recruit new employees when needed.
ADMINISTRATION
• Maintain petty cash account .
• RFI, RFQ
• Manage purchase of sundry items for office or general use.
• Provide translation support to office staff when needed.
LOGISTICS
1. Coordinate with Customs/ Forwarders for booking & timely receipt & dispatch of Goods.
2. Making Processing and other contracts with vendors.
3. CO registration.
4. Negotiate prices with courier & Logistic companies.
Job Requirements
- 10 year+ experience of managing HR related responsibilities for headcount of over 200++ persons.
- -Conversant in English both writen & spoken, preferrably a resident of Danang/ Central Vietnam.
- Cadidates with background in Garment industry will be referred.
- Well-conversant with local Vietnamese labor laws & regulations.
- Basic knowledge of COMPLIANCE, ADMIN & LOGISTICS.
